  • Cancellation policy
    [For course reservations] 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from 11:00 on the day of your visit.
    If you cancel on the day of the course (regardless of whether you contact us or not), you will be charged 100% of the course fee as a cancellation fee.
    Cancellations made the day before will be charged 80% of the course fee, and cancellations made 3 days in advance will be charged 50% of the course fee.
    For private or semi-private reservations, 30% of the course fee will be charged from one week in advance, and 100% from three days in advance.
    Despite the coronavirus situation, we charge the same cancellation fee even if you cancel due to infection.
    For reservations for seats only, reservations for 10 or more people, cancellations made on the same day will be charged 2,000 yen.
